The thesis supporting the study of law, women, politics, and their representation in parliament mostly comes from feminist legal theory. According to the epistemological framework, how does feminist legal theory construct its knowledge? Starting from that question, this research aims to explore further the epistemological basis that supports feminist legal theory. This research uses a normative research method with a philosophical and conceptual approach. This research finds that the epistemological basis of feminist legal theory relies on the paradigm of critical legal studies. The critical reasoning that underpins this theory seeks to give a position to the concept of truth in phenomena/experiences that are pluralistic in nature. Human rationality is correlated with freedom, so that men and women have equal rights in politics and reject the representation of men and women as inferior. The reality that is formed must be based on the female perspective in a social context, resulting in three dimensions: attitude, perception of reality based on empiricism, and postmodernism.
Raju Moh Hazmi

Article 28G paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution states that “every person has the right to protection of their personal self, family, honor, dignity, and property under their control, as well as the right to security and protection from fear in doing or not doing something that constitutes a human right.” In relation to property under one’s control, people commonly safeguard it by saving in banks. As financial institutions grounded in the principle of economic democracy, banks serve a central role as collectors and distributors of public funds. This role places the banking sector in a strategic position to support the implementation of national development, with the aim of fostering equitable distribution of development outcomes, promoting economic growth, and maintaining national stability, thereby contributing to the improvement of the people’s standard of living.
Wahyu RialdoMerdian LisaBeni Gusman
