The utilization of fish drying equipment without sunlight has been widely developed and proven to be able to produce dried fish products of the same quality as sun-dried fish, and some products even show better products. Preserving fish by drying using a fish dryer using Biomass fuel. The drying results produce dried fish that are more hygienic and have a high taste. Fish catches from fishing communities are expected to have a high selling value. Therefore, to overcome the target partner's problems in terms of dried anchovy production, the service implementation team will train partners while simultaneously applying fish drying technology using alternative fish dryers without using sunlight. This activity was carried out by fishermen-farmer groups in Kel. Pasia Nan Tigo Kec. Koto Tangah. Implementation of activities included the form of Business Motivation, Business Management Training, and Training on the use of Drying Equipment. The results of the activities were going well and smoothly, and the alternative fish drying equipment was functioning properly and was expected to be used sustainably.
