Pembinaan Packaging dan Labeling Keripik Gonggong bagi UMKM Untuk Menumbuhkan Wirausaha Mandiri

The main problem of UMKM in general is the capacity of human resources in technological and managerial capabilities. For example, in the UMKM group Udang Twin in the village of Kelembak Kecamatan Nongsa, in addition to the problems there are in the production process, there are also marketing problems such as unmanaged packaging and labeling management. Packaging is still done with plastic without attractive labeling. The training was carried out by the ITEBA Pengabdi Team consisting of 3 docents and 4 students that the current condition of UMKM Udang K Twin is a lack of knowledge and skills of the UMKM members about packaging and labeling that is interesting and in accordance with the standards of BPOM and Dinkes. Each participant has a better understanding of the knowledge and skills of packaging and labelling management, which shows that training activities are running successfully and smoothly. Additionally, each participant who is present follows the event until completion so that the goal of transfer of knowledge and skills is achieved.
