The pandemic has emphasized the importance of maintaining health and the strength of the immune system in facing various health challenges. One proven method to effectively boost the immune system is by consuming probiotics, particularly those found in yogurt. This community service activity was conducted at Batam Center with the aim of increasing knowledge about the benefits of probiotics in yogurt and their crucial role in maintaining health post-pandemic Covid-19. The activity involved participants, mostly women, including adults, teenagers, and children. Through counseling sessions delivered by lecturers and students from Akkes Kartini Batam, participants received information on the benefits of probiotics for blood sugar and immune system health. In addition to the counseling sessions, yogurt was distributed as a supplementary food, which was enthusiastically received by most participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in community understanding of the importance of consuming probiotics and motivated them to consume yogurt regularly. It is hoped that this activity can continue with more diverse yogurt flavors and involve more parties to expand its impact.
